Harbourline Locksmith started with a single Ford Transit and a business line that rang on a kitchen table in Etobicoke. What the warranty covers
If a lock we installed fails because of a defect or a mistake we made putting it in, we come back and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on Schlage, Kwikset and Mul-T-Lock hardware apply on top of that.

Picks before drills
About 95% of residential lockouts open with a pick set or a bypass tool — no marks on the door, no gouged strike plate. Drilling only happens with your go-ahead, and only when the cylinder leaves no other option.
Stocked vans
Each van carries Schlage, Kwikset, Weiser, Mul-T-Lock and Yale hardware in the common finishes — satin nickel, oil-rubbed bronze, polished brass. Most rekeys and lock changes are done in one stop.
